Finca Soledad - Sydra Wave Washed

This beautiful coffee is grown in Ecuador on Finca Soledad managed by Pepe Jijon and his family.

They employ sustainable practices and work on rehabilitating the surrounding forest

Wave refers to a practice and philosophy on minimising changes in temperature and therefore stress to the coffee embryo. 

This care and passion I feel really comes across in just how vibrant and flavourful The coffee from all their farms are. 

The price of this coffee helps pay a fair wage to the farms pickers and employees

This is one of those coffees I'm happy to drink everyday and likely will till it sells out. It is bright like a washed coffee with a juicy sweet black currant note that is quickly followed by the red apple finish.
